Delivery may be affected by senders, networks, and filtering policies; we do not guarantee that every message will arrive.
Terms of Use · Effective September 4, 2026
Short-lived addresses are convenient; your responsibility is not optional
By using Fwdzy, you accept these terms. Temporary inboxes and forwarding identities help reduce email exposure—they are not a way to evade the law, platform rules, or long-term retention duties.
Short-lived addresses are not intended for financial, medical, government, or recovery-critical accounts.
You must use addresses lawfully and are responsible for creating, receiving, and forwarding messages.
We may restrict or terminate service when we detect abuse, security risks, or conflicts with these rules.

1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms form the agreement between you and Fwdzy for the website and services. You must have the legal capacity to accept them; if you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
Do not use the services if local law prohibits them or you cannot follow third-party platform rules. We may request reasonable information to address security or compliance issues.
2. Service description
Fwdzy provides time-limited inbox addresses and forwarding identity management that may require an email verification code to sign in. Features, quotas, domains, and retention periods may change for security, capacity, or product reasons.
Temporary emails may be available for up to 24 hours, while forwarding records are generally retained for up to 30 days. These are maximum periods, not promises of permanent storage; active deletion may end processing sooner.
3. Identity and access
You must control the receiving email address submitted at sign-in and are responsible for every action confirmed through it. Do not share verification codes, login tokens, one-time keys, or recovery channels with unauthorized people.
If you notice suspicious access, sign out immediately, secure the receiving inbox, and contact us. We may revoke unusual tokens, require re-verification, or temporarily freeze sensitive actions.
4. Lawful and fair use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and must respect the rights of senders, recipients, platforms, and network operators. Automated requests must not strain capacity, bypass rate limits, or affect other users.
Permitted everyday uses do not mean that third parties must accept one-time addresses. You must still follow the terms of registration websites, event organizers, and email senders.
5. Content and rights
You retain rights to content you lawfully own and grant us the limited permission needed to receive, filter, display, forward, and delete it. This permission exists only to operate and protect the services.
We do not claim ownership of emails sent by third parties and do not guarantee that they are accurate, lawful, or safe. Independently assess the risks before downloading attachments, opening links, or acting on an email.
6. Delivery and availability
Email passes through multiple independent systems and may be delayed, bounced, filtered, truncated, or rejected. We work to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or recovery of every message.
Maintenance, security incidents, domain reputation, and events beyond our control may suspend features. Do not rely solely on these services for time-sensitive tasks or matters affecting property or financial rights.
7. Data and privacy
Our privacy notice explains how data is processed and supplements these terms. When you send or arrange for others to send email to a forwarding identity, you must have the right to do so.
Do not use the services to secretly collect sensitive information about others or build illegal lists. If you receive data you should not hold, delete it promptly and avoid further distribution.
8. Third-party services
Email senders, receiving mailbox providers, network infrastructure, and external links are controlled by third parties. Fwdzy is not responsible for their failures, blocks, content, or policies.
Opening a third-party website from an email takes you into an independent environment. We do not endorse third-party products, claims, downloads, or privacy practices.
9. Suspension and termination
You may destroy a temporary inbox, delete a forwarding identity, or stop using the services. We may also restrict features because of abuse, illegal activity, security risks, prolonged inactivity, or operational needs.
We may act without prior notice in an emergency; otherwise, we will provide an explanation when reasonably practicable. After termination, limited data may still be retained for legal, security, and backup-period requirements.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and absolute anonymity.
You understand that a one-time address cannot hide every network or device signal and cannot replace a secure email account. You accept the risk of losing access to critical accounts when using these services for recovery.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fwdzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, or reputation. This limitation applies to undelivered messages, third-party content, and unauthorized access.
If some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect feature, risk, or legal changes and will show the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the updated services means you accept the new terms; if you disagree, stop using the services and delete the relevant identities.
Send questions about these terms, abuse reports, or formal notices to support@fwdzy.com. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect; failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
